If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use BravePanic.
1. Important notices
BravePanic is an esports tournament creation and competition platform for Counter-Strike 2 and related competitive gaming activities. Users may create teams, create tournaments, enter tournaments, compete for cash prizes, deposit funds, receive refunds to their BravePanic wallet, and withdraw eligible tournament winnings.
BravePanic is currently provided in open beta. The platform may contain bugs, interruptions, errors, unfinished features, security issues, or changes to functionality. You use the platform at your own risk, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
BravePanic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or approved by Valve Corporation, Steam, Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, or any related Valve product or service. Steam, Valve, Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike 2, and related marks are the property of their respective owners.
You must comply with all applicable Steam, Valve, Counter-Strike 2, anti-cheat, tournament, and platform rules when using BravePanic.
2. Eligibility
You may use BravePanic only if:
- you are at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher;
- you have legal capacity to enter into these Terms;
- you are not prohibited from using the platform under applicable law;
- you are not located in a jurisdiction where paid-entry esports tournaments, cash prize competitions, or similar activities are restricted or unlawful;
- you are not subject to sanctions, export controls, or other restrictions that prevent us from providing services to you;
- your Steam account is valid, active, and controlled by you; and
- you comply with these Terms and all applicable tournament rules.
We may require identity, age, location, payment, fraud-prevention, or eligibility checks before allowing you to deposit funds, enter tournaments, receive prizes, or withdraw winnings.
We may restrict, suspend, or block access from certain countries, regions, states, territories, users, payment methods, or accounts where we believe this is required for legal, regulatory, payment, fraud-prevention, security, or platform integrity reasons.
3. Account creation and Steam sign-in
To use BravePanic, you must sign in using your Steam account. We do not ask for your Steam password. Your use of Steam is governed by Steam’s own terms and policies.
You are responsible for:
- keeping your Steam account secure;
- ensuring your account information is accurate;
- all activity that occurs through your BravePanic account;
- not allowing anyone else to use your account;
- immediately notifying us if you suspect unauthorised access or misuse.
You must not create multiple accounts to evade bans, exploit tournaments, manipulate matchmaking, bypass restrictions, claim duplicate rewards, or abuse promotions.
4. Platform licence
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, BravePanic grants you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and use the platform for lawful esports tournament participation, team management, tournament creation, and related community features.
This licence does not transfer ownership of BravePanic, its software, code, systems, designs, data, databases, branding, documentation, templates, interfaces, tournament tools, or other intellectual property.
We may suspend, modify, restrict, or terminate this licence at any time if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use creates legal, security, payment, fraud, integrity, or operational risk.
5. Prohibited use
You must not:
- copy, resell, rent, lease, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit BravePanic except as expressly allowed by us;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying systems of the platform;
- scrape, crawl, harvest, index, or extract data from BravePanic without our written permission;
- use bots, scripts, automated tools, fake accounts, account farms, or automated access methods;
- interfere with, overload, attack, damage, or disrupt BravePanic, our servers, our APIs, game servers, Steam, Stripe, or any third-party service;
- attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, tournament restrictions, location controls, payment checks, or anti-fraud systems;
- cheat, hack, exploit bugs, use unauthorised software, manipulate matches, collude, smurf, boost, throw matches, or otherwise compromise tournament integrity;
- harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, dox, impersonate, defame, or discriminate against other users;
- upload or share illegal, harmful, infringing, hateful, sexually explicit, violent, malware-related, spam, fraudulent, or abusive content;
- infringe any intellectual property, privacy, publicity, contractual, or other rights;
- misuse our chat, team, tournament, wallet, payment, payout, or support systems;
- use BravePanic for money laundering, fraud, sanctions evasion, illegal gambling, illegal betting, or other unlawful activity;
- promote tournaments as if they are hosted outside BravePanic when they are hosted on BravePanic;
- misrepresent your relationship with BravePanic, Valve, Steam, sponsors, teams, players, or tournament organisers.
We may investigate suspected prohibited use and may use gameplay data, match records, server logs, Steam information, reports, payment data, chat logs, IP/location indicators, anti-cheat signals, and other platform records to protect the platform.
6. Tournaments
BravePanic allows users to create, host, join, and compete in esports tournaments.
Each tournament may have specific rules, formats, eligibility criteria, entry requirements, start times, prize structures, match settings, dispute procedures, and cancellation rules. By entering a tournament, you agree to the rules for that tournament as well as these Terms.
Tournament organisers are responsible for ensuring that tournament descriptions, rules, prize information, schedules, and eligibility criteria are accurate and lawful. BravePanic may remove, cancel, edit, or restrict tournaments that we believe breach these Terms, create legal risk, mislead users, or harm platform integrity.
We may cancel, postpone, void, modify, or restart tournaments or matches where we reasonably believe there has been cheating, technical failure, server disruption, rule breach, unlawful conduct, payment issue, fraud risk, insufficient participants, incorrect prize information, or other issue affecting fairness or legality.
Our decisions regarding tournament administration, cheating, disputes, match outcomes, prize allocation, cancellations, suspensions, and platform integrity are final, subject to any rights you have under applicable law.
7. Entry fees, tokens, wallets, deposits, refunds, and withdrawals
BravePanic may allow users to deposit funds, purchase or receive platform tokens, enter paid tournaments, receive wallet refunds, and withdraw eligible tournament winnings.
Payments are processed through Stripe or other third-party payment providers. By making a payment, you agree to comply with the terms, policies, and requirements of the relevant payment provider.
Your BravePanic wallet is a platform wallet used to track eligible balances, tokens, refunds, and winnings within BravePanic. It is not a bank account and does not pay interest.
Deposits and tokens
Deposited funds or tokens may be used only for permitted platform activities, including tournament entry where available. Deposited funds are not intended to be withdrawn as cash through the platform unless we expressly allow it or applicable law requires it.
You may not deposit funds using one payment method or account and withdraw them to another account as a way to transfer funds, launder money, evade controls, or misuse payment systems.
Tournament cancellations
If a tournament does not go ahead, is cancelled, or is voided for reasons not caused by your breach, we will generally refund your relevant tournament entry amount or tokens to your BravePanic wallet.
Deposit refunds
If you deposit money and wish to request a refund of unused deposited funds, you must contact our support team at info@bravepanic.com. Refunds may be returned to the original payment method where possible and may be subject to fraud checks, payment processor rules, chargeback status, legal requirements, and platform review.
Withdrawals of winnings
Only eligible tournament winnings may be withdrawn. We may require identity verification, age verification, location checks, tax information, payment account verification, fraud review, or other compliance checks before processing withdrawals.
We may delay, refuse, reverse, or withhold withdrawals where we reasonably believe there is cheating, fraud, collusion, match manipulation, payment abuse, chargeback risk, account sharing, sanctions risk, legal risk, technical error, or breach of these Terms.
You are responsible for any taxes, reporting obligations, or duties arising from tournament winnings or prizes.
8. Cheating, hacking, and competitive integrity
Cheating, hacking, exploitation, unauthorised software, match manipulation, smurfing, boosting, collusion, account sharing, and any behaviour that compromises fair competition are strictly prohibited.
If we determine or reasonably suspect that you have cheated, hacked, manipulated a match, breached tournament rules, abused the platform, or compromised tournament integrity, we may:
- suspend or permanently ban your account;
- lock your wallet;
- void your entries, matches, results, and prizes;
- remove you or your team from tournaments;
- withhold or cancel winnings;
- delete or restrict your account;
- block future access to BravePanic;
- report relevant conduct to payment providers, platform partners, law enforcement, regulators, or affected third parties where appropriate.
Users banned for cheating, hacking, fraud, payment abuse, or serious breach are not entitled to refunds, winnings, prizes, or compensation, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
9. User content
You may be able to upload, submit, create, send, or display content on BravePanic, including team names, usernames, profile information, social media links, team images, tournament descriptions, chat messages, files, images, videos, and other materials (“User Content”).
You retain ownership of your User Content, except for content owned by third parties or content otherwise covered by separate rights.
By submitting User Content, you grant BravePanic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, transmit, moderate, remove, adapt, format, promote, and otherwise use your User Content as necessary to operate, improve, secure, market, and promote BravePanic and tournaments hosted on BravePanic.
You confirm that you have all rights needed to submit your User Content and grant this licence.
You must not submit User Content that:
- infringes intellectual property rights;
- violates privacy or publicity rights;
- contains unlawful, harmful, abusive, hateful, defamatory, explicit, violent, fraudulent, spam, malware, or misleading material;
- impersonates another person or organisation;
- contains personal data that you do not have permission to share;
- breaches these Terms or applicable law.
We may remove, restrict, moderate, edit, hide, or delete User Content at any time where we believe it breaches these Terms, creates legal risk, harms users, affects platform integrity, or is otherwise inappropriate.
10. Gameplay, matches, livestreams, and promotional use
By participating in BravePanic tournaments, matches, events, livestreams, or competitions, you agree that we may record, capture, stream, broadcast, publish, replay, clip, promote, analyse, and use match footage, gameplay, usernames, team names, profile images, voice/video participation where applicable, tournament results, statistics, and related content for platform operation, moderation, anti-cheat, dispute resolution, marketing, social media, livestreaming, archival, and promotional purposes.
This does not transfer ownership of any third-party game intellectual property to BravePanic. All third-party game rights remain with their respective owners.
You must not livestream, rebroadcast, commercialise, or exploit BravePanic tournaments in a misleading or unauthorised way, or in a way that breaches tournament rules, platform rules, or third-party rights.
11. Intellectual property
BravePanic and its licensors own all rights in and to the platform, including the website, software, code, architecture, APIs, tools, tournament systems, wallet systems, game server systems, databases, designs, text, graphics, branding, logos, documentation, templates, business processes, and related intellectual property.
Except for the limited licence granted under these Terms, you receive no rights in BravePanic intellectual property.
You must not use BravePanic branding, logos, trade names, screenshots, interface elements, tournament systems, or promotional materials without our permission, except to accurately refer to tournaments hosted on BravePanic in accordance with our rules.
12. Third-party services
BravePanic relies on third-party services, including Steam, Stripe, hosting providers, database providers, game server infrastructure, analytics tools, communications tools, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services, outages, decisions, fees, restrictions, terms, errors, security incidents, or account actions, except where applicable law says otherwise.
Your use of third-party services may be subject to separate terms and policies.
13. Privacy
We collect and use personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.
The types of information we may collect include Steam identifiers, usernames, names, email addresses, profile information, social media links added by users, team names, tournament activity, wallet balances, transaction records, transfer data, support communications, technical data, server logs, anti-fraud data, and other information needed to provide and protect the platform.
We do not sell personal data.
You must read our Privacy Policy before using BravePanic. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and what rights you may have.
14. Security
We take reasonable steps to protect BravePanic, but no online platform is completely secure.
You are responsible for protecting your Steam account, devices, email account, payment methods, and any information used to access BravePanic.
You must not attempt to test, scan, probe, bypass, exploit, or attack BravePanic systems without our written permission.
If you discover a security issue, you must report it to info@bravepanic.com and must not exploit, disclose, sell, or misuse it.
15. Open beta, availability, and changes
BravePanic is currently in open beta and is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, compatible with all devices, available in all locations, or free from bugs, data loss, downtime, game server issues, payment delays, tournament issues, or third-party failures.
We may update, modify, suspend, restrict, discontinue, or remove any part of BravePanic at any time, including features, tournaments, wallets, tokens, game server functionality, payment methods, payout methods, rules, and eligibility requirements.
Where required by law, we will provide notice or obtain consent before making material changes that affect your rights.
16. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BravePanic disclaims all warranties, representations, conditions, and guarantees, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, availability, accuracy, fairness of third-party services, and security.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
17. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, deliberate misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Subject to the above, BravePanic will not be liable for:
- loss of profits, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, reputation, or anticipated savings;

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability to you arising out of or relating to BravePanic or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- the amount you paid to BravePanic in tournament entry fees during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim; or
- £100.
For business users, this limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law. For consumers, this limitation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law.
18. Suspension, termination, bans, and account deletion
We may suspend, restrict, lock, ban, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe that:
- you breached these Terms;
- you cheated, hacked, exploited, or manipulated a tournament;
- you engaged in fraud, payment abuse, chargebacks, or suspicious activity;
- you used multiple accounts to evade rules;

If your account is terminated for reasons not caused by your breach, we will handle any unused eligible wallet balance or winnings in accordance with applicable law and payment provider requirements.
19. Complaints and disputes
If you have a complaint, tournament dispute, payment issue, withdrawal issue, or account issue, contact us at info@bravepanic.com.
You must provide accurate information, relevant screenshots, tournament IDs, match details, transaction details, and any other information we reasonably request.
We may review logs, match data, chat records, payment records, Steam data, server records, and other relevant information to resolve disputes.
You agree to cooperate with our investigation and not submit false, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith claims.
20. Business users
If you use BravePanic on behalf of a company, team, sponsor, organiser, agency, or other organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
Business users are responsible for ensuring that tournaments, promotions, sponsorships, branding, prize information, advertising, and communications comply with applicable law and platform rules.
Business users agree to indemnify BravePanic against claims, losses, damages, fines, penalties, costs, and expenses arising from their breach of these Terms, unlawful tournaments, misleading promotions, infringement, tax obligations, or misuse of the platform.
21. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
Some terms may apply differently depending on where you live. If a court or regulator decides that a term is unfair, unlawful, or unenforceable against you as a consumer, that term will apply only to the maximum extent permitted by law or will be treated as removed.
22. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify users of material changes by email, website notification, in-platform notice, or another reasonable method.
The updated Terms will apply from the date stated in the notice or from the date they are posted, unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent.
If you do not agree to updated Terms, you must stop using BravePanic.
Continued use of BravePanic after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
23. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, except where mandatory laws in your country, state, or territory give you additional rights.
If you are a consumer, you may have the right to bring claims in the courts of your place of residence.
If you are a business user, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or BravePanic.
24. General terms
These Terms, together with any tournament rules, privacy policy, payment terms, community rules, and other policies referenced by us, form the entire agreement between you and BravePanic regarding your use of the platform.
If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts will continue in effect.
Our failure to enforce a term does not waive our right to enforce it later.
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written permission.
We may transfer our rights and obligations to an affiliate, successor, buyer, or business partner as part of a merger, acquisition, restructuring, sale, or transfer of business, provided this does not reduce your mandatory legal rights.
