Fair Play Rules
Last updated: 11 July 2026
These Fair Play Rules govern how players and teams must conduct themselves on BravePanic. They exist to keep competition honest and protect prize integrity. By registering for any tournament you agree to follow them. Breaking them can cost you your place, your winnings, and your account.
1. Account Integrity
- One account per person. Multiple or shared accounts are prohibited.
- Your registration details (name, email, linked Steam account) must be accurate and your own.
- You are responsible for everything that happens on your account — keep your login secure.
- All players competing in paid tournaments must have a linked, ban-free Steam account.
2. Eligibility & Rosters
- Each team enters a tournament with a locked 5-player starting roster, chosen at registration.
- A player may not compete for more than one team in the same tournament.
- No ringers, stand-ins, or unregistered players. Only the registered roster may play.
- All roster members must meet the platform's eligibility requirements (including any minimum age and regional restrictions stated in the Terms & Conditions).
3. Cheating & Third-Party Software
Zero tolerance. The following result in immediate disqualification and a ban:
- Aimbots, wallhacks, triggerbots, radar, or any cheat software or hardware.
- Scripts or macros that automate gameplay actions.
- Exploiting map, server, or game bugs for advantage.
- Competing with an account that carries a VAC or game ban.
4. Match Integrity
- No match-fixing. Pre-arranging results, throwing rounds, or colluding with opponents is strictly forbidden.
- No deliberate underperformance (sandbagging) to manipulate seeding, brackets, or payouts.
- No betting on matches you are competing in or can influence.
- Results must reflect genuine competition. Server scores are authoritative.
5. Smurfing, Boosting & Account Sharing
- Playing on an account that misrepresents your skill level (smurfing) is prohibited.
- Boosting — letting another person play on your account, or playing on someone else's — is prohibited.
6. Conduct
- No harassment, hate speech, threats, or discrimination — in-game, in chat, or anywhere on the platform.
- No griefing teammates, intentional team-damage, or disruptive behaviour.
- No spam, advertising, or impersonation of staff or other players.
7. Servers, Pauses & Technical Issues
- Matches are played on the official servers provided through the platform.
- If a genuine technical issue occurs, use the in-match pause and report it promptly. Do not abuse pauses to stall.
- Disconnected players should reconnect as quickly as possible; teams should wait where the rules of the format allow.
8. Reporting & Disputes
- Report suspected breaches through the match page or by contacting an administrator, with evidence (demos, screenshots, clips) where possible.
- Match demos may be reviewed. Submit disputes promptly — stale reports may not be actionable.
- Administrators may investigate any match and request additional information.
9. Penalties
Depending on severity and history, penalties may include any combination of:
- A warning.
- Round, map, or match forfeiture.
- Disqualification from a tournament.
- Forfeiture of prize winnings.
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the account and team.
10. Prize Eligibility
To receive prize winnings, a team must have competed with its full registered roster and complied with these Fair Play Rules. Winnings connected to a confirmed breach may be withheld or reversed.
11. Administrator Discretion
Administrators have final say on rulings and may act on the spirit of these rules even where a specific situation is not listed. We may update these rules at any time; the version in force is the one published here. [Confirm dispute escalation/appeal process and admin contact before launch.]
